Hampton Lake
Hampton Lake is a luxury real estate community in Bluffton, SC. Hampton Lake's goal was to generate leads from potential homeowners.
The Hampton Lake campaigns consisting of using Facebook ads (static, carousel, and video), Google AdWords paid search and display.
All ads were directed to a custom designed landing page with pixel tracking. We were responsible for all aspects of the campaigns, including delivering a marketing plan, writing copy, placing and running the ads, and reporting.
Campaigns for Hampton Lake generated over 700 leads every month and campaigns maintained an average CTR of over 5%. From January to July, their Facebook campaigns served over 4 million impressions.
